Does anyone else feel uneasy about increasing their calories? I was cutting from November to December, and then Christmas came around and I decided to cut through January, too. But now that I'm about 10 pounds lighter, I'm thinking I might have to increase my calories a bit, but I recently hurt my foot and don't want to be consuming more than what's necessary.
I might sound like I have an eating disorder, but does anyone else struggle with this?
Nobody? I can't be alone here.

I weighed 134lbs four months ago and am up to 148lbs now. I hate eating and looking fat, but am gaining strength so only 7 more pounds until I cut.

What do you mean looking fat you'd have to be like 5 6 to look fat at 148
I'm 5 10 and 155 and that's pretty thin
>>40290283
I am 5'8". When I lose my abs I feel like I look fat.
No I love eating more. Stop being a faggot. No one cares about your shitty gains. Just eat more if you think you're underweight

Sorry b you shouldn't be so self conscious about something so miniscule worry about gains brother
I gain super quick so yeh, bulking scares the shit out of me. The gains are worth it though
>>40289830
It took your three months to cut 10 pounds?
>>40290317
But I'm vain. I lift to look good because when I look good I feel good. By the way, that's not code for I lift for women - I lift so I'd want to fuck me. The only problem with that is I get really paranoid during a bulk - like now.

Not necessarily. There was some fluctuation from Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I sort of maintained for a little while after Christmas.

Being that obsessed with your body is about the least masculine thing I can imagine. Stop being such a faggot
>>40290364
I like taking pride in things I am involved with - nothing more manly than that in my opinion.
>>40290361
I gotcha. That makes more sense now
>>40290302
You lost your abs at 5'8 148lbs?
Lmao, did you start lifting last month or something?
I'm 5'7 and have a 6 pack at 165
>>40290435
4 months ago after 10 years off
>>40290449
Ouch
>>40289830
I totally understand. For me, a lot of it is habit. I get used to eating one way and I don't really want to change it.

Yeah, I used to have a great ottermode thing going on when I was younger and in the military, but I am trying for being big for the first time in my life after kids, marriage, career, etc. 148lbs is the most I've ever weighed and I'm 34. :/
