Recovering skinnyfat lanklet, started at 62kg 191cm (around 6'3''), now 88kg. Couldn't even bench the bar when I started.
Been to physiotherapy because of a fucked up back before I started lifting, completely broke shoulder this summer from longboarding, both knees fucked up at some point during my lifetime.
