The difference is other saiyans were doing it slowly, and almost randomly.

Dude, Zenkai's have a hard limit to how high you can go with them and if you're over that level you get one or two and that's it.

The entire race of saiyans outside of a handful would have seen all the zenkai boost they'll ever get for their entire life and never crack 15k.

My father.
