It doesn't target a specific hormone, it targets a specific enzyme, two in actual fact.

Now, if it only had inhibited DHT via some other mechanism it'd be fine, but 5-AR type II and III is important for incessant neurogenesis and the conversion of progesterone in to allopregnanolone which is crucial for mental well being and cognitive function.

Hey guys. Ive noticed my hair looks really thin from the top (still looks okay from the front in the mirror and in the dark). Ive started nofap cut dairy and diet soda, 3 biotin tablebs and zinc suppliments as well as a scalp massage routine to regrow the hair. How long before I look like chad again?
