How much does alcohol effect your gains? Does drinking once a month have noticable effect? I'm talking getting wasted. Not just a beer or two during a meal.

And also, how much does a small amount of alcohol effect your gains? (Let's take 2-4 beers or 4-5 shots of vodka 40%)

I work with a bunch of alcoholic brick layers and they're swole as fuck so I'd say it doesn't effect gains much considering they're drinking 10+ beer or whiskey every night and they're still jacked

Yeah currently what I am doing. I workout Monday-Friday.

Since it's Saturday night, I'm just at home drinking some beers that were gave to me. Shouldn't have much effect on gains, but the excess calories are not a plus. Oh well. I don't drink often.
