How do i into candito bench form?
All these years i've always bench'd general strength style (forearms 90 degree to the bar).
I tried to grip the bar extra wide today and my elbow collapses forward & inward into my lower back direction when the bar descends into my chest.
How do i into bench form like pic related? Use wraps? More triceps?

Imagine a scenario where someone really does not need to squat and are pushing an injury when they do.
Is it possible to get very strong from lunges and split squats so you'd have the strength to squat X but then just need to work on technique.
Does anyone know about this kind of thing and how to implement it or where I can read about lunging as a main quad movement etc?

But yeah, bigger, stronger quads will benefit the squat after your injury. Its a good idea.
