With vitamins and water, it is actually sustainable for quite some time.

I am eating 1700 calories, standing up all day in my wage slave job and i am on 250mg dnp a day and 250mg test a week
Currently losing 0.3kg (0.66lbs) everyday. I am sure if i upped the dnp to 500mg i could hit a pound, but i am feeling pretty comfy at 250 tbf
Weight fluctuated a lot first 5 days but i am getting stable daily weight loss on the scales now and yes i am sure some of it is muscle but i don't care

I know wrestlers who lose 2lbs in a day to make weight for matches, it's not impossible, just do alot of cardio and you'll be golden on that.

Losing 2lbs of water weight is definitely possible. 2lbs of fat a day would be possible for maybe one day but you wouldn't be in shape to wrestle afterward.
