I wake up around 12pm and sleep at 3am (work conditions). I only eat carbs in the morning. Usually a peanut butter sandwich with bread. How many hours should I fast?

skip you lunch and eat it along with your dinner later.
how many carbs are you eating in the morning?
2 slices of whole grain + peanut butter. around 30 grams of carbs. rest of the day i only eat meat/veggies.

do you think you could cut it down to 2 slices of low carb bread and 2 eggs? it would be less calories and carbs and would probably fill you up more.

I sometimes have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Could do that instead.
Spread out your meals more if you can. I used to always have the same thing for lunch, salad and string cheese, and by the time I got ready to go home I was pretty hungry. Then I started spreading it out over the day and ate just the string cheese when I'd normally have my lunch, and found that it kept me full until 4:00 and then I'd have my salad and that would keep me stuffed until dinner, which I cut back on a bit.

I rarely get hungry though. I cut down on the sodium as well. I have 1 redbull a week (usually every Friday) but I doubt thats the cause of my plateau.

Yeah it's called recomp.
Try a combination of HIIT and intermediate fasting (e.g. leaving out the breakfast out)
also donĀ“t starve yourself 1300 is pretty low

How do I graduate to advanced fasting?

I eat around 1600 - 300 from working out = 1300 after working out. I think 1600 is enough for me. I'm a 5'10 guy.
