Well you have 20 weeks. If you can add an extra 5 pounds per week, you may be able to get away with it, provided you don't stall out anywhere.
250 for 4x . . . you're already very close if not able to hit it now. I'd change it up and focus on triceps and dips then go back to bench.

follow a program like Sheiko that has you benching 3-4x a week with a lot of volume, and then eat a consistent calorie surplus
Try Candito's bench program. I did his squat program in full and it was the most effective training cycle I've ever done.

You are in a very similar category as OP.
It depends on how you both got there. If you two have been working for a long time to get where you are, it seems unlikely you're going to magically INCREASE the rate of gains you've been getting. Rate of gains tends to decrease as you progress unless your programming/diet/recovery was shit before.
