I have the same diet minus the oats and whey, same problem at times....I found that eating lots of fruit and drinking lots of water/juice helped.
I also eat a fuckton of garlic with every meal so...probably not helping my problem lol

On the topic of shit, I didn't want to start a new thread for this

So I started trying to cut and get as much protein as possible to meet various suggestions I found online. In my quest to consume as much protein as possible, I may have accidentally all my fiber and now I can't take a dump. What do?
