The thing is that i am at school 7 hours a day, and i get pretty tired when i get home, it's pretty hard for me to bring myself to go to the gym, and at school you really don't have much to pick from, everything is unhealthy.

This is where people get it wrong. Exercise does pretty much nothing to help you lose weight. You have to spend like an hour doing cardio to burn off a small chocolate bar. You should eat less, that's it. And you probably started eating even more after you started working out to make up the energy deficit.
