How good is swimming for cardio?
Really good. It's better for you in general than lifting. Just start swimming now and you'll do better. When / if you're 70, you'll have to give up the weights and hit the pool anyway. This way, you'll just skip all the injuries you're going to give yourself trying to be a bodybuilder

Guys i get a pounding headache when i swim 5 or more laps. Confirmed not my goggles. I breathe every 3rd stroke and breathe on both sides.
What do, i wanna swim long distance. I have a fucked up spine, so swimming has to be my cardio.
