Alright so here's how you figure this shit out

Find out how many calories you need to restrict yourself to. You can look online or download an app on your phone to help guide you.

Secondly, you don't need to do any intense workouts until you reach your target weight, but you do need to get active for at least an hour a day. Take a walk or light jog.

That's it, do this for 8 months and you'll reach your target weight, then you start building up some muscle. But that instruction comes later when you actually get there.

It's the best one I've seen. Just follow all the steps and MAKE AN ACCOUNT. After that all you gotta do log what you eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, along with any snacks you eat. It has a barcode scanner, so it makes keeping track extra easy if you put in all the ingredients.

Might as well bump with my calorie sins I commited in the last 24 hours. I look back and immediately regret it.

This isn't me daily, but fuck, this past week I have been inside, and today I just wasted my entire day binging on TV and eatting like a fat shit. Im 6'1 225, but I might gain a pound or 2 from today.

I plan to work out these next three days heavily, break in my newest running shoes, and make myself throw up and dehydrate myself.

I used to lift regularly about 15 years ago. Then joined the army. Was fit my whole life but got lazy during my marriage. Left her. Single for about a year and a half and started hitting the gym.

I'm 5'9", around 260-270 now, need to get down to at most 180, so around 100 pounds. I have stretchmarks now, I just noticed them about two weeks ago, which is what galvanized me to eat less and lose weight. Now I'm paranoid as fuck I'm going to have stretchmarks and loose skin for a long time, if not ever, which is pretty demotivating. Thinking about it makes me want to forget it all and go back to binging.

The strechmarks that I have now are mostly hidden under my gut and on my upper arms near the armpit. Some other people's stretchmarks go halfway up to their chest - my marks aren't that bad yet, but I'm still very paranoid.

I just want a firm answer of how bad I'll look when I finally lose this weight. A lot of people I've asked have kind of danced around the answer.

Skin is incredibly elastic. You see those fuckers on my 600lb life with the bellies that touch the floor when they stand up? That's how elastic skin is. It's crazy when you think about it. It shrinks as you lose fat and building muscle does give it something to attach to. Anyone with excess or loose skin most of the time still has fat that the skin is hanging on. Real excess or loose skin is paper thin. Fair enough, I'm 24. I'm on the younger side, sure, but I see a lot of guys here who got fit after not being in shape and you can see some excess skin around their lower stomaches. Maybe I notice it because now I'm hyperaware, but I feel like going through all of the work of losing 100 pounds (I've already lost about 10 and I'm not used to being this hungry all of the time, several times I literally have to sit myself down because I know if I start pacing, I'll end up grabbing my wallet and going to get fast food) just to still look unappealing would be soul-crushing. I've been in good shape before, nobody paid attention to me. People pay the same amount of attention to me now that I'm 100 pounds heavier. A lot of guys say that they get more friends and more attention when they are in shape, but it didn't happen for me.

Posted this pic before, haven't taken an updated picture since

Started at 305, picture is at 255 and currently I'm at 245. Still got a long way to go. I've lost 60 and I've got another 60 to lose, but I'm getting there. Been dieting and lifting for about 5 months. I lost 50 pounds in the first 2 months and only 10 in the last 3. I ate between 1200-1500 calories to begin with, then during the holidays I became less strict on my diet and started making some poor eating choices again. Coupled with starting a new workout program that had me working less days, my weight loss slowed tremendously. Then in January i only hit the gym maybe 4 or 5 total times and was almost completely neglecting my diet. I managed to stay active enough and still eat barely well enough to maintain my weight. But it wasn't until a particularly bad week at the end of January that made me realize I was about to fuck up all my gains. I know it's only been a few days but I've been back on track. After some wise words from a fitizen I was able to focus on a new goal that's sparked my motivation again. Been hitting the gym again and dieting well for the last 4-5 days, so here's to more gains to come

I recently did some calculations and realised I am only obese due to night snacking.

I figured I eat - on average - 2800 calories between 10pm and 1am. Apart from that I eat a fairly normal 3400 calories.

I live at University so share a kitchen. The other students call me 'the moonlit moocow' because they so often catch me eating at night.

For example tonight it is 12am here in Scotland and I have eaten since 10pm

I'm not hungry at all anymore due to the phentermine my doctor has me on, and losing weight is the priority. I'm 5'9 and 163 lbs. I get plenty of cardio, but I'm trying to improve my diet and start lifting iron. I was fat most of my younger life (240lbs-210lbs). 24yrs old now.

Here goes nothing...I consider myself a former fattie, now skinnyfat. My lowest point was 65kgs circa summer 2015, then I took action january 2016 and did some exercise for a few months, started dieting proper during the summer of 2016, and am now fluctuating around 53-55 kgs. I just recently started weightlifting. I hope I will shed those extra 5 kgs in a couple of months or so, since my closest goal is hitting 50 kgs, then my next goal will be building muscle mass, which is probably going to take me back to the 55s or so, but with muscle instead of fat. I'm sick of being skinnyfat already. First picture shows an evolution of my figure starting summer 2015 to summer 2016, then the second photo is since I started exercising, a few weeks ago, to track my progress.

Was at my highest in around June 2013 with 100kg (unfortunately no pics from back then), lost around 10kg until September that year, plateau's until mid-16, then lost another 10 more until now. Never did any resistance exercise, only in the process of picking up bodyweight fitness now, as I've come to realise that's the only way to slightly mask my stupid fat stomach, ass and child-bearing hips
