/fit/,
My question is, what lifting routines or regimens would you suggest for an intermediate male who is trying to be less fat?
my checklist for advice:
- must focus on building or maintaining strength on a caloric deficit
- must include lots of barbell work (OHP, bench, squat, deadlift)
My goal is to maintain strength and increase it if possible. For me this means adding weight to the barbell.
I've decided I'm fuckin' fat and need to lose weight. But I don't want to lose much progress I've made in strength gains.
Bulking program consisted of:
- squat and bench every day
- one a week, heavy ass deadlifts or alternative deadlift work
- OHP and power cleans once a week
Please help, I've made a fuckton of gains in the past few months and I don't want to lose it thanks
Less reps with more sets. Work with 80%-90% of your 1RM with shit like 10x3 or 15x2.

Alright, hopefully this is helpful to you somehow then
415 lb Squat
465 lb DL
260 lb Bench
155 lb Press
Upper body has always been a struggle but I've been seeing big improvements lately

Nigger, these totals are mediocre as fuck. You don't even have any strength to lose.
