Lunch:

>1 tin sardines in tomato sauce (45p/can, I bought an assload)
Dinner:

Not really 2bh. Technically I'm supposed to be eating 170-190 since I'm on a cut.
But that's around 50% of my daily intake. I'd have to be eating chicken and fish all day to get that without supplements.
Even though I'm cutting, somehow I managed to go 1500 over my daily calorie limit. Tfw never gonna make it.

I usually stay between 1800-2300 a day, depending on if I am lifting that day or not.
