Anyone else see some amazing social gains when dropping body fat?
I don't mean making loads of friends, i mean everyone showing you eat more respect and being nicer to you in general.
I used to be 23% 5'11" at the start of summer.
Now I'm about 12%, doing insanity and playing 5 a side football (soccer), my diet is in check (a form of paleo, basically no grains or sugar, just whole foods) and i look tight and have a jaw line. I've started wearing fitted slim clothes and feel fucking great. When i flex in the mirror i have 4 abs and the next two are starting to show.
I'm thinking of starting lifting soon because, being in a rural town in Ireland I'm already feeling in the top 1%.
What about you guys?
