Ive seen a bodybuilder i really like post alot of videos lately of him drinking eggs.
Is thete alot of benefits to raw egg drinking?
How about egg whites?
the only benefit is saving time, that's it

But is it true that cooking it makes it magically grow more protein ?
It doesnt make sense to me.

The only benefit is getting worms which help you cut

Not even slightly true, cooking it can change the protein but not create more.

You can put egg whites in, some bar drinks even call for an egg white to be added.

Most liquid egg whites are pasteurized. Safety wise it isn't any different than drinking milk.
Raw eggs out of the shell have a small chance of having bacteria in it.

>small chance
Anyone has the screencap of the deworming guy?
>>40240534
Nothing wrong with that tbqhwy
Idk about benefits but it tastes like you're drinking snot, seems like it would be an easy way to get calories in if bulking
Hasn't that liquid stuff you can buy these days been processed to make it easier to drink with out needing to mix it with anything?

Cooking increases the bio-availability of protein, making it easier for your body to absorb. But as the other anon said, it saves time. Its easier to down 12 eggs raw than cook and eat 6
