How the fuck do I calculate or even estimate the calories in a peanutbutter sandwich
Can I weigh the bread before and after spread or am I just gonna have to divide container's total calories by days it took to empty it
>place open jar on scale
>make sure its zeroed out
>spread peanut butter
>record grams in whatever log you use (myfitnesspal)
>add to bread calories

This isn't even difficult. A child could fugure this out. What's wrong with you? And what's with the autistic levels of micromanagment?

Counting calories is for cucks and noobs. After your cut start adding food to your diet until you are putting on 0.5kg a week if you are putting on too much weight then cut the amount you eat and if you aren't putting on enough then add some.

A jar of peanut butter will usually list the amount of calories per serving, plus a serving size in tablespoons, somewhere on the label. All you need is a tablespoon measure.

This. It's basic algebra lol serving size x serving.

Not necessarily autistically want the exact numbers.
I mainly wanna use peanut butter sandwiches as calorie boosts if I'm lacking a few to reach my goal.
>counting peanut butter in units smaller than jars
where the fuck do you think you are?
here on /fit/ we only eat 3-4 jars at a time

>put the plate on the scale
>put the bread on the scale
>push "tare"
>apply peanut butter
