I just warm up on it since I would have lifting shoes on at this point. I try to do 1050 meters in 4 min at highest resistance. Very thorough warmup!

Just started a few weeks ago. Erged with an average of 2:10 for 25 min, were doing 2k next week.
Is it possible to do rowing and still be a big guy? Seems very cardiovascular intensive
So I do these fuckers every so often and am I really supposed to be pulling the cable as if I wanna snap it every rep cause otherwise it doesn't feel like much

Make sure the machine is a concept 2,otherwise its shit. You want to drive with the legs off the footplate as hard as you can, then lean back and pull in after your legs are flat. Rowing is primarily a leg workout. Try to find a video on YouTube on proper form
