Well I am a power lifter so I will be doing 5 reps, 3 sets, of like 2 exercises for 30 minutes, then going to mcdonalds to stuff myself with as much mcdonalds as I can (u can only gain muscles if u eat a +2000 surplus of mcdonalds, come on, eat big get bick)
I will go masturabte to anime girls online and post about how fit I am despite looking like garbage and being unable to walk up a flight of stairs
I may even go to to the CBT and give people training for men's physique and bodybuilders horrible advice hiding behind anon posting

I've been lifting 13 months and I'm at

>120kg Dead
>95kg Bench
>45kg Press
and I can't figure out why people do splits. Are they strictly for people with at least double my numbers?
I've done full body every time for the past several months and if I do splits I just feel like I'm severely missing opportunity to grow muscles I'm not working in that session.
