I just wanted to get your recommendations on what I should start off with for helping
my younger cousin build a base level of strength. He is 15 and a half and built like a stick (very similar to pic)
I was thinking of starting him off on a more muscular endurance based workout with a bit of strength till he builds a base level
and then switch him over to a more strength based workout if he wants too.
His had language problems, gastrointestinal issues etc so he has always been a bit off and people have picked up on that shit.
I want to help him pack on some muscle and mass so when cunts try and bully him he has the self confidence to tell to get fucked. Plus his dad does crossfit so it'd be funny to see him more ripped and better off than his dad

Just do SS with a 4th set on upper body compound lifts.
It already has chin ups, so add curls to the day youre not doing chins, and chest isolation to the day youre doing OHP.

And make him eat more. Trying to get bigger without eating enough takes ages. Milk isa good source of kcals and protein without filling you up. adding a glass of milk after every meal is an easy way to do it.
