Sure. Basically you just want some carbs and nothing too heavy like milk
In my opinion that's more like a post-workout meal. The carbs and protein are good for recovery. I'd have a whey-protein shake with whole milk alongside it too.

Eating in general is one the dumbest things you can do before working out. You are stimulating the parasympathetic
nervous system which puts your body in rest-and-digest mode. There is a reason why fasted individuals get better results.
