Alright /fit/, I'd like some opinions from anyone who has a kid, wife/husband, works a job or grad school, and still makes time to lift.
Im going to be a dad by the end of summer and I'm looking forward to it. But... I'm worried about how I'll balance the lack of sleep with grad school and working out. I train early AM but I'm not sure how sustainable it'll be to wake up at 5 every day (then again I might not have a choice depending on sleep habits of the baby)
Anyone want to share their schedules or advice?
>inb4 ditch your family and get swole
No I actually like my gf and want a kid, just want advice on how to get organized
Come on, some of you must be in similar situations

yeah, we all have jobs and people with which to have children
i would suggest you do it a couple hours before bed so it tires you out enough to fall asleep faster, and will let you "sleep in" as it were. i think it's really more a case of preference.

>he thinks people like 4channers enough to breed with them and invest their future prospects, hopes and dreams
I'm not really sure what you expected, tbqhf...
>Nigga, you made it- why are you even hanging out here. Go do normie stuff, you weirdo

I don't see why your child can't be your weights
Just lift it daily and it'll grow and you'll get stronger, just like Hercules
If it's moving too slowly move to more advanced exercises like medicine ball tosses/etc

>Grad school
>Time consuming
90% of it is just procrastinating on a dissertation.
