i wonder what life will be like, when i'm no longer fat. the only thing holding me back from having confidence, is the fact that i'm fat.

i fucking wish i had started out by cutting when i began lifting (8.5 months ago).

Funnily, I've got same stats that you but I don't feel fat yet. I'll wait till next spring to start cutting (southern hemisphere here).

you need to gain more muscle and lose more fat, i'm not even heavy for my height and i fill out the sleeves on XL shirts enough that i have trouble putting them on
