Sugar is literally addictive. And I mean "literally" literally, not figuratively.

It's cheap, legal, and non-hallucinogenic. So we don't think of it as a "drug". But after reading enough "fat logic" comments, you'll realize that their thinking is very similar to the way drug addicts rationalize their behavior.

Don't drink Soda or even Diet Soda. Don't drink Juice. It's all just sugar water. You don't fucking need it. A decent replacement might be Kombucha but even still, it can be sugary brand dependent.
