The day a stranger asked me for lifting advice changed my life forever.

Being /fit/ has given me more confidence at everything, and it shows. People think I am more capable because I am confident.

Literally no excuse for anyone not to get /fit/

Although the obsession after 5 years has died down.

I was obsessed with the "aesthetics" meme for years, then when I achieved it and realised it wasn't all it cracked up to be I lost interest in bro-lifting and switched to powerlifting. Goal right now is to hit 2/3/5/6 AND get 2x bodyweight weighted chin-ups and weighted dips.

The only isolation exercise I do right now is side Lateral Raises.

I went from 200 punds of fat to 185 of mostly muscle(still have love handles) but shrugs gave me a better look
