Hey /fit/, looking to mold my shitty body into something worth looking at. I have never really had any kind of exercise routine nor have I ever messed with my diet desu. So I was just wondering where you guys think I should start. I will post pics of myself, I am currently 6 foot 270lbs, and built a little odd. Basically I wanted to pick your brains and ask what you think, should I diet first and then see where I am after losing the shit hanging off of me, or should I mix dieting with lifting? Idk, thanks in advance.

You're clearly fat and lazy so just stick to diet first. You won't see any gains for ages if you start lifting and you'll give up after your first burger.
Keep it simple and just diet, you'll be pretty slim within 3 months.
But as i said, you're a fat waste of space and you won't make it. The majority of you never do. 100% that make these threads definitively will not.
