Anyone else do full body? I've been on a 2 day split for 2-3 months, looking to bump it up 3-4 days a week and need ideas.

I do "full body" 6 days a week. Follow a program some anon posted a few years ago by some dude named dezso ban, was in an iron mag article by dtillo.
The trick for that is to keep the weight heavy but not so heavy you struggle to finish the workout. I've seen pretty good gains in strength but my aesthetics are a lot better now than the used to be,

Post your routine bro and lifts I'm interested, TFW no gf I'm ready to make the gym more of my life
I do full body because going to the gym 3 days a week is the most appealing option to me. However, I look like absolute shit, though my strength has skyrocketed.
So basically, full body programs are mostly for strength and not aesthetics?

Leeroy colbert, Steeve reeves, they used full body. I can't go back to doing a day just for legs or chest it's a waste of time

this is where I cribbed the routine from, over time I've changed out some lifts and avoided others from the start, no highpulls for me.

But the basic principles they outline in the text are what I follow.

What about exercising the same part two days in a row without rest? Is resting your muscle for one day before training it again a meme now?

Dezso believed you can adapt to the load, under the program you aren't knocking out doubles or singles so you shouldn't be too fried. You also don't just jump in to 6x a week with all those lifts... you start at 3x a week and add volume and eventually more days.
I've not really had any problems.
