Do the good ol rich pianapiano shake
Cup of oats
Bannana
Milk
Hershey coco powder
2 tbs peanut butter
2tbs nutella.
I changed the quantities of oats to the point where my shake had 2000 calories
Be sure to lift hard or else you will put on unnecessary fat and fuck your shit up
>>
I'm a single dad raising a kid on $32K/y and here is how I bulk

>Bananas, 2-3 a day @ 100 cals each, 62 cents per pound
>Brown rice with every meal, cheap as fuck, 200-300 cals per meal
>Whole grain bread with peanut butter, 3 scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast, easy 600 cals for breakfast
>2 cups of whole milk a day, 150 cals each

There's 1950 calories. The rest I get from chicken cutlets, veggies, fruits, snack bars, almonds and 1 or 2 protein shakes.

I also have a lot of time spent at home with my daughter so I have time to cook and prepare meals. Not sure what your situation is but if you can dedicate 2-3 hours a week to cooking you can make a ton of good healthy food on the cheap.
>>
>>40216803
Do you blend it?
>>
>>40217041
you eat the ingredients one at a time and then shake your body around once they're all in your stomach so that it activates them. If you mix them first they'll activate too soon and de-gas the protein.

Bonus appetite tip that is cheap, easy and convenient: cheese bread

Bread:
>2cups flour
>1teaspoon salt
>1teaspoon sugar
>2 teaspoons yeast
>herbs+spices whatever you like
Mix
>3/4 - 1 cup water pour it in while mixing
Kneed that motherfucker just punch it roll it push it jerk it off whatever you like.

Rinse your bowl then cover in oil. Roll your dough ball in it for a bit till it gets covered then leave for an hr to go lift.

When you get back the yeast will have made it balloon up all massive and soft.

Roll it out to the size of a flat oven tray. Add:
>2tbsp melted butter with herbs
>2 cups cheese of your choice. I use tasty or 1+half cups tasty and a half cup mozarella.
Push into the top of your flattened dough.

Oven at 200c or like 425f
Put in for 15-17 mins. Take out at 15 mins if the cheese has browned slightly.

Slice these cunts into sticks and you have yourself a bunch of real yummy high calorie snacks that will never make you full no matter how many you eat. I go through one of these every 2 days so thats 1 cup flour plus 1 cup cheese and some butter.

this.

I don't think the small difference in nutrition always justifies the enormous difference in price, especially where I live. Thighs and drumsticks are often under $1.00/lb here. Meanwhile they overcharge for tiddies like crazy because of all the normies mindlessly following diet memes especially this time of year. It also tastes better.
>>
>>40217542

I'm mirin
>>
>>40218261
I agree. Part of the premium on the breast is due to more processing and you're paying for weight that is 100% meat instead of bone, but still make the soup and you're okay, better yet buy whole chickens and process them however you please.

I eat at roughly 3000kcals, 162g protein, 406g carbs & 85g fat for $156 a month on average.
For affordable protein, I'd recommend MyProtein; they've got sales going all the time. Buy that shit in bulk when they've got a good sale and you'll save money in the long run.

1 24ct bag of string cheese / week = $23.36 / mo ($5.84 each)
2 boxes of protein bars / week = $20 / mo ($2.50 each)
2 boxes of soy milk / week = $19.04 / mo ($2.26 each)
1 bottle great value organic honey / week = $15.92 / mo ($3.98 each)
4 bags of great value frozen peas / week = $15.68 / mo ($0.98 each)
1 jar of organic great value peanut butter / week = $15.68 / mo ($3.92 each)
1 box of raisins / week = $15 / mo ($3.75 each)
1 bottle of ocean spray cranberry juice / week = $8.44 / mo ($2.11 each)
7 bananas / week = $6-7 / mo ($1-2 each)
1 5lb bag of great value brown rice / week = $6.76 ($3.38 each)
1 bag of spring valley ground flaxseed = $5.94 / mo ($5.94 each)
1 tub of oats = $3.58 / mo ($3.58 each)
TOTAL: $156.40 / mo ($39.10 / week)

- The cheapest source of meat
- Coconut milk
- Peanut butter
- Lentils
- Oats
>>
im running low on money, went grocery shopping for the week (currently moderately cutting)

for 45 bucks i bought
1kg chicken wings
2 kg dried beans
a gallon of whole milk
5 cans of tuna
jar of peanut butter
broccoli
2 dozen eggs

that should be a good start for bulking. i have a giant bag of rice at home, as well as other veggies, butter and olive oil.
>>
>>40222204
Calamari god tier food

You ever make calamari yourself? It's fun as fuck nigga I did it this past summer

>squid bait off the dock
>reel in a nice 4lb squid, no clue what kind
>cut off the face
>cut the fins off the head
>pull the inside of the head out
>take the head and wash it in the ocean
>turn it inside out and wash it again
>chop it in 2 in rings
>batter and fry in butter and lemon juice

Shit is always better when you catch and cook it yourself lads. I try to go fishing every weekend and freeze and cook everything I catch, makes it Taste better
