The only things you need to worry about CAUSING cancer are carcinogens - that is mutagenic chemicals you'd find in cigarettes, alcohol, nasty chemicals, and surprisingly oestrogen.
However, there are substances in your body and in your food that may help expediate the growth of any cancer already existing in your body (due to the way cancer forms from aberrant signalling pathways - chemicals involved in those pathways will speed the growth of cancer).
