New England in general has less fit people and shorter average height. The gym scene is dismal and there's like 90% planet fitnesses and no other gyms in every city.

If you've hit your natty limit SARMs aren't going to do you much good unless you want to cut weight and keep more muscle.
Either get on AAS or just keep training natty for the health of it.
As for legal HGH choices, mk-677 is pretty cool. raises IGF-1 more than GH but it hits both. I've noticed improved sleep quality, better nutrient partitioning, etc.
