I did it. It's a decent recipe for taste and nutrition, but they need to be kept frozen, they don't set very well. I mixed them up a few different ways but they really require constant refrigeration before eating, which sort of defeats the purpose of a protein bar as something that's easy to take with you on the go.

Yeah, I actually use ice packs and have a pretty decent cooler box I use for work and hikes, but these things need to be sub-zero. On top of that, it's not always convenient to have an entire lunchbox with you. Like I said, I used to make these and they're decent, costed out about 60 cents per bar, but I just find the ones I pay 80 cents per bar at Costco for are much more convenient.
