I've decided to start doing morning jogging, but it's rather cold (4-5 ºC in the early morning), and around 85% humidity over here, and I fear that the cold will get me sick if I do not wear appropriate clothing.
So, what is the proper clothing for going out in the morning during winter?
Femboy or trans?

I'm a dude, didn't have any fitting reaction images so just picked a random one that seemed to express awkward interest on knowing something.
That's like 41 degrees in human wtf, stop taking estrogen and get some muscle. I went for a 2 hour walk yesterday in lower temperatures than that, your body should adjust its blood flow within minutes, and you shouldn't have ANY problems if you're moving at a reasonable rate.
I'll raise your anime fag boy, and for future reference this should go in the QTDDTOT thread.

Lived in coastal area near the equator for most of my life. 13ºC was very cold for me there.
I've only had problems jogging in -20c to -30c weather because my lungs hurt. 4-5 degrees is nothing.
Dear op.
The rule of thumb for dressing yourself for a physical activity is to dress lightly enough to be chilly but not shivering when you stand still from in a rested state. As in just as you go out you should stand still for a minute and if you're chilly but not shivering then you're ok.
After two or three runs in the cold you'll have a very good idea about to dress for running.

Alright, thanks.

Oh god, I picked in -20 degree weather and my lungs actually felt like they were stabbed.
Really though dude, just put on a sweater and go, 4-5 really isn't that bad.

Biked* I'm smart
ITT Retards that don't understand how humidity affects coldness
-40 isn't as bad as -5 if the air is dry and there's not much wind
