Happened to me many times. if nothing visual is out of place just massage the muscle really gently occasionally, don't stretch it, you probably tore some of the ligament which wasn't ready to take the load but not all - unless it's visually not normal, then go see a doctor. Drink and eat lots and don't work out anything else until it's back. Sleep on your back. Can take a week or so.
