Ok /fit/ i broke my left shoulder about a year ago and basically quit lifting the entire time. I tried goin back to it about 2 months ago and my shoulder felt like the bombing of hiroshima. I got it checked and the doctor said nothing was wrong. Everytime time i try to lift it pops and hurts like shit and makes me give up for another 2 weeks. Doctor still says its fine. What do?

But seriously try heating it before lifting to relax the muscles maybe it will help?
