I was on acne medication my whole life. When I stopped taking it and started lifting it went away pretty fast, think it was the amount of water I was drinking. So ye, water bro.

1. Drink Water
2. Change Bed Sheets weekly
3. Shower every morning, no long hot showers.
4. No fucking milk.

Sun. Go out and tan. Literally burns that shit off. Get worse before it gets better, though.

get accutane mate. if the acne is really bothering you then it's worth it. make sure that during that time when you're eating the shit you're not lifting heavy, just hit the gym and do some light weights and shit, you can easily get inflammated joints. anecdotally, accutane is the only thing that worked against acne.
