This is the autism I live with, I am a born beta, later found out my Dad had the same issue as well as my cousins. Seems to be on the male side of the family only. I've had sex so I'm not a wizard but I've hit a dry streak, half the reason I avoid trying to get laid is because I'll have to deal with the anxiety and vomiting. The feeling goes away after a while if I hang out with the girl enough but the first few times are rough.
tl;dr How do I stop being an Autist /fit/, how do I talk to girls and get laid without embarrassing myself?

You know what used to happen to me?.
Gas.
And sometimes diarrhea.
Couple that with being unable to comfortably fart or poop with a girl at my place and I've lost MANY a fucc to my disgruntled digestive tract. Doesn't happen much nowadays tho. I guess it was stress-related and went away as I got more comfortable with women.

Happens to me too, mainly if I'm getting food at a sit down restaurant
I've thrown up twice around my gf of 4 months from anxiety. She still had sex with me a few minutes later
Take ginger pills if you feel like you'll be anxious that day and have peppermint tea
