I havent had anything for breakfast in years, but I was given a blender and I'm starting to do smoothies for health reasons.

I do banana, flax, spinach, and coconut water.
plus Trader Joe's chocolate hemp protein if it's after a workout.

>1 banana or 4 cut up strawberries
Too spoons of peanut butter, bar of cooking chocolate, about 400ml of whole milk and 2 scoops of protein.

heres what I do for a healthy home made protein shake
>cup of egg whites
>cup of water
>3 cups of spinach
>2 bananas
>table spoon of all natural peanut butter
works out to about 420cals and 32g of protein.
