Fitness isn't just about lifting or running, it's about changing bad habits into good ones, training yourself mentally as much as physically, and improving yourself.
Aside from lifting and/or cardio, what have you changed in your life for the better, and what would you like to change soon?

I have started to learn coding, when I first got fit I started hiking, hunting, mushroom hunting, and mma training and still do all this to today.
My confidense shot up and I became happier less angry and way more calm and controlled.
Stop giving a shit what others thought of me.
Basically fitness made me a manly no give a shits chill dude that is nice coder.

What I will change soon? I am gonna get my wardrobe up to the level. I will get better at coding and learn to make games like I always dreamed of when I was younger.
Fitness is amazing.

If you're starting fresh on trying to develop reading as a hobby try to remember that it should still be enjoyable. I started and stopped reading for a while because I thought that if I wasn't reading classics or tough books it was going to be a waste. Just my two cents, have fun!

My life has been anything but stable, with a shitty childhood and chronic diseases so painful I just wanted to kill myself. Just telling you this because even if it seems like your life isn't stable now it can change. Good luck friend.
