Can we all take a second and share the things /fit/ has helped us with that others may find useful?
you guys have helped me so much over the past months,my life has turned for the better since lifting despite my autism
>working out in the morning gives allows you to enjoy endorphins throughout the day
>mossimo supply clothes at target are excellent for showing off gains
>All you need is creatine and whey in your supplement stack
>Greek yogurt is godtier and its like eating a stick of cream cheese
>if you are gonna buy pre-workout buy that shit in bulk and make your own
Don't rush through your reps. If you're doing a strength based routine aim for 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down. Watch the gains roll in.
More tips I gotta start working out in a week and I need all the real world advice I can get I can barely pick a routine.
