this guy was the model for convict conditioning and he can't do a one-arm handstand push-up

i don't think there's a single person in the world who can do one as illustrated in the book

I like the loads of exercise variations (useful if you travel a lot), but the progression standards are fucking stupid as shit and founded on pure broscience.
