Having headaches during the workout

Im feeling nausea and light headache during my workout, despite eating above my maintenance and sleeping for 8+ hours, why?

p.s: I also take fish oil + multi vit everyday

I think that might be it, I noticed that my breath routine is all fucked up during lifting, I barely exhale during my lifts

One of the things you should understand is that growing your body isn't like building a bridge: One structure was BUILT by man, and the other GREW out of nature.

So therefore, if you hit a stumbling block, it's not necessarily because you aren't following the blueprints exactly, it might be because you ARE following the blueprints exactly and not listening to your body.

When you're growing something organic, there are too many variables that you can never fully apprehend, so it's as much a work of feeling as anything. A little bit here, and little bit there... be willing to play with what you're doing until you find a solution that is right for YOU and your body, and then results will come fast.
