Skeleton here, been on SL for 5 months now and I've been progressing well. I feel like I could progress faster if I could just eat more. I eat to the point I'm nauseous and get in around 3200 kcal a day if I'm lucky. Are there any supplements I can take that will make me hungry? Would jogging before a meal build up my appetite? How do I make myself eat more?

How much weight are you gaining per week? Are you doing any cardio?

I started last September at 139 lbs, ended Dec at 158 lbs. That was about 1.3 lbs/ week at my peak. I'm now down to 154.8 lbs after holiday and I'm not gaining or losing as I get used to my new schedule and I'm having troubling putting down the calories. I do no cardio besides speed walking around campus, which is around 45 mins a day.
