Not saying that my routine is superior. But on a split routine, having a shoulder day means you hit shoulders to failure. Thats not a good thing since shoulders arent like chest back or legs.

Go to a doctor.
You might be too tense because you're using too much weight.
Use light weights on flys and lateral raises, sets of 25 for example. If you fuck up your discs, you might get arthrosis or an hernia, and you're basically fucked.
Stretch your neck and warmup every day.
Also keep your chin to your chest when doing flys.
