build more muscle on them, you dont need 5% bodyfat to show giant wrestler abs, they show through 15% just as well

You can have abs at 12-15% bf if your abs is developed enough. If it isn't, you have to go <10%, in which case, you can have abs year round but it will be poverty abs and be prepared to have other muscles groups loss.

Fixed my diet last year and for the first time ever I had visible abs. Turns out they weren't symmetrical but I just proud to have them
