Looks like over-pronation. You can get shoes to support areas where you're putting too much pressure.

Alignment stretches and exercises. Start by making sure your first toe on each foot (not big toe) point are parallel. Once that becomes habit make sure you're aware of how you sit, especially if you drive. I have exterior hip rotation, along with anterior pelvic tilt, cant for get my rounded shoulders and forward head lean. It took about a month of constantly stretching and positioning till i finally corrected it.
This happens from being too comfortable and resting on our structure or hanging from our tendons instead of using musculature to hold us in position.

This anon explains things greatly.
What you have is called 'knee valgus', it is fixable. google search knee valgus, and stretches to alleviate hip adduction.

no it won't. i have a similar problem and it actually caused me to break my midfoot bone at sone point. an injury from which i will never fully recover. and it has like a domino effect on my body because later on i started to develop back problems and eventually the problems with my spine fucked up the whole right side of my body. but i continue to run with this pain everday
