Stop lifting more than 3 days a week

i lift 4 times a week because i'm out of noob gains and i found out that this is the best way to make gains at my level

>4.5 years lifting
>290 bench
>475 squat
>nearing a 600 deadlift
>181 body-weight.


I still only lift M/W/F and still take a noob-gains like approach to my lifts. I haven't even started doing advanced training methods like U/L & splits. I think people are just being ignorant when they claim to have to need more days in the gym, probably just holding back your progress more than anything.

But then I'll have to fill that time with something that might be productive
