So if you weigh 150 lbs. Then 150g of protein a day.
Just use MFP for the app, don't follow its diet suggestions in my opinion. There's a ton of good algorithms online for your recommended carb/fat/protein and calorie intake per bodyweight/age/gender/goal.

1.7k daily
Losing 1-1.2kg a week. Strength loss is there but way less than expected. Have been at it for 2 months and lost 11kg so far of which about 2.t is water weight. I'm going to be done way faster than on a shitty -500 deficit and I'll be able to get back to bulking asap.
So far lifts went from
OHP 60x4 -> 60x3
Diddly 165x5 -> 160x5
Bench 85x5 -> 82.5x5
Squat high bar atg 105x5-> 95x5
All in KG. Squat is shot because I literally got vanned in my left side and I couldnt train squats for half of my last bulk.
