How does it affect your fitness?
I manage to only smoke 4 cigarettes a day (in the evening). I#m looking forward to it the whole day, though

almost 10 years now, 'quit' cold turkey a few times getting worse each time from a month down to like a day.
i ordered some gum and going to give it another go since I started lifting again. I think its too ingrained without switching to nicotine elsewhere. if gum doesn't do it I'm gonna became a vape lord and lower it that way.
obviously can't say how it's killed my gains since I've done well but i definitely feel it when I cardio.

vaping is actually bretty nice. A friend had to try to convince me hundreds of time, I don't even know why I wouldn't try eat. Now I like it very much, feels much healthier. I couldn't afford a vaporizer yet, though

also, if you're amernican, id recommend trying canadian smokes sometimes, like players (blue), canadian classics, du maurier, or benson & hedges/rothmans

I smoke pipe tobacco, half and half is my favorite brand and cna be rolled or smoked from a pipe, Has none of the bad chemical shit that cigs have.
Better buzz too, and it hasnt effected my physical stuff at all but sure helps me think.
