Alright /fit/, here's the deal. I'm a loser faggot who's chubby. Pic related is me a few years down the road. I don't want to be one of those guys who's 300 pounds and never saw it coming; I wanna nip this shit in the bud.

I'm currently 6 foot and last time I checked I was 200 pounds. That was around a year ago so let's just say 210 for argument's sake. Most days I skip breakfast, but on days that I don't, I eat milktoast (bowl full of milk, 2 pieces of toast, a little butter on each). Most days for lunch I have a bologna sandwich. I cook different stuff every night for dinner, but it's usually pasta or meat (I don't like plain chicken, it has to be in something) because they're easy. Usually later in the evening I eat some junk food or some leftovers from supper. What can I change about my diet?


I don't exercise. I live a sedentary lifestyle and though my job has me on my feet all day, I don't do much beyond that. What are some exercises that I can do at home with minimal equipment/preparation?

I don't want to get /fit/. I don't want to get ripped. I don't want to be the image of a healthy man. I want to lose weight and maybe gain a little muscle. I don't want to take the cuck-pill and be alone because I treat myself like shit and then have a heart attack at 45.
